Wildly Human

Art meets drama meets movement

Reconnect. Laugh. Let go. Become Wildly Human.

We spend a lot of adult life in our heads

thinking, analysing, worrying, filtering ourselves and trying to get things right.

Wildly Human is a space to step out of that for a while.

Through art, drama, improv, movement and play, we explore different ways to express ourselves, connect with others, think on our feet and become a little more comfortable with the unexpected.

A six-week creative workshops for adults who want to meet people, try something different and bring a little more play into their lives.

No artistic skill. No acting experience. Just curiosity.

Wildly Human is coming back this November.

Play with purpose

Drama helps us listen, respond and think on our feet.
Art gives us new ways to express ourselves.
Movement gets us out of our heads and into our bodies.
Storytelling helps us understand ourselves and each other.

Together, they build expression, adaptability, creativity and connection while actually having fun.

There’s a reason behind the ridiculousness.

What people are saying

I attended several of Kitsu Creative’s Wildly Human workshops over the past few months. I joined wanting to experience some fun and to embrace discomfort in a safe space so I could learn more about myself.

Although I missed the first session and started from the second, I felt welcome immediately, even before the ice breaker activity and watched other new attendees receive the same welcome as the workshops went on. I was welcome to participate or excuse myself from all of the activities and invited to let go of being ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ so I could appreciate any experience I had there.

I surprised myself with how much fun I had and I credit that to the space and activities that the facilitator Sarah prepared as well as the authenticity and enthusiasm that the other attendees brought with them. I’m excited for future workshops and thankful for what I’ve gained from the experience.
